Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Fat2Fitted ("we", "us") covering your use of fat2fitted.com and the Fat2Fitted app at app.fat2fitted.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Not medical advice

Fat2Fitted is a planning and tracking tool. It does not provide medical, nutrition or fitness advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Calorie, macro and workout figures are estimates. Talk to your doctor or another qualified professional before you change your diet or start an exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication. You use the workouts and meal plans at your own risk.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fat2Fitted. You are responsible for your account, keeping your password safe, and the accuracy of what you enter. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Free trial, billing and cancellation

• Free trial. New accounts start with a 5-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it.
• Price and renewal. After the trial, your subscription costs $9.99 per month, charged to your card each month until you cancel. Taxes may apply. If we change the price, we will tell you before the change affects you.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in the app: open Settings and tap Manage billing. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged. If you cancel after a payment, you keep access until the end of that billing period and will not be billed again.
• No refunds. All payments are final and we do not offer refunds. The free trial is your chance to try Fat2Fitted before you pay.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is resolved.

Using the service

Use Fat2Fitted for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't:

• copy, resell or share the content, menus or software, or share your login;
• try to break, probe or overload the service, or access other people's data;
• use the service to break the law or harm others.

We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.

Our content and yours

The Fat2Fitted name, logo, recipes, menus, workouts and software belong to us or our licensors, and you may use them only through the service. The information you log is yours. You give us permission to store and process it so we can provide the service to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Fat2Fitted running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features, menus and workouts over time. We may update these terms, and if we make a meaningful change we will update the date above. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any injury or health outcome connected to your use of the meal plans, workouts or tracking. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Fat2Fitted is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
